1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of dramashort.co (the "Service"), operated by NAMI FOUNDATION PTE. LTD., 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over (or the age of digital consent in your country). Some series contain mature themes such as romance, conflict and revenge.
3. The Service
DramaShort offers vertical short drama series for free streaming. A number of episodes per series are free; further episodes can be unlocked at no cost by watching an advertisement. Unlocks, history and saved lists are stored on your device and may be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices. We may add, change or remove series, features and the number of free episodes at any time.
4. Fictional, AI-assisted content
All stories, characters, names and events are fictional and produced with the help of artificial intelligence tools. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or to actual events is purely coincidental.
5. License and restrictions
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content through the Service for private, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:
- download, record, rip, copy, re-upload, rebroadcast or otherwise redistribute any content;
- circumvent encryption, watermarks, tokens, ad delivery or other technical protections;
- use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Service, or generate fake views or ad interactions;
- frame or embed the Service on other websites, or use our brand without written permission;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its content, including series, artwork, logos and software, are owned by or licensed to NAMI FOUNDATION PTE. LTD. and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Copyright complaints: see our DMCA Policy.
7. Advertising
The Service displays third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of ads or the products and websites they promote. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAMI FOUNDATION PTE. LTD. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD 50.
10. Termination
We may suspend or block access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms, without notice.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version applies from the "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply.
